Front of House: Individuals should be customer service oriented and possess strong communication skills since they will be a guest 1st experience with Chick-fil-A Monkey Junction.
Catering Leader: This leader will be responsible for the organization, execution and communication of all catering at the Monkey Junction location. They must be self driven and illustrate excellent time management skills in addition to their hospitality skills and servant spirit. Prior knowledge of NC Food Safety Guidelines and/or Chick-fil-A expectations is not required but desired.
Back of House: Individuals should be able to communicate in a capable and confident manner. They should be self driven and desire working in a fast paced environment. Prior Food Service experience is always welcome.
Produce Preparation : Individuals should be self driven and illustrate excellent time management skills. Individuals should be passionate about working in a fast paced environment and detail oriented.
Cow Representative: We are seeking 1 to 3 individuals to be brand ambassadors for the Chick-fil-A Monkey Junction in the Monkey Junction & Pleasure Island communities. This individual would represent all that the “Eat Mor Chickin Cowz” represent and will be expected to serve and interact with our guest in a positive fun manner. The individual should posess expert non-verbal communication skills and be confident working in small spaces. Prior mascot experience is welcome but not necessary.

Marketing Intern: Chick-fil-A Monkey Junction is currently looking for a temporary marketing intern. We are a local restaurant that focuses on community based marketing. Our Marketing intern should expect to be involved and ultimately lead community based events and promotions. They will gain experience with marketing at a local level focused on a variety of daily/weekly/monthly initiatives and will be expected to share these opportunities through digital media channels. While experience is not required with all social media channels a general aptitude for social media driven marketing is expected. Applicants should have a passion for service and hospitality initiatives as well as strong communication skills. *** Currently Accepting Applications for Spring Semester 2019 *** (Applicants would work between January 14th and May 4th, 2019.)
